Member Linda Hasselstrom will be speaking at the South Dakota Book Festival in Deadwood this week, September 21 – 24. You can see her at her writing workshop on Saturday, September 23 at 9AM with a poetry reading following at 3PM. On Sunday, September 24, she presents at 11AM on her newly released nonfiction book Gathering from the Grassland: A Plains Journal.
Linda will also be signing Gathering from the Grassland at the festival on September 22 from 3:30 – 4:15PM and September 23 from 1 – 1:45PM. You can find out more at www.sdhumanities.org.
Linda will also be appearing at the Mountains and Plains Independent Booksellers Trade Show on October 14 -15 for book signings and speaking at the Books and Brew luncheon.
